Dawit serves as a senior research associate for Diamond Hill and joined the firm in 2024.
Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Dawit served in several roles for Morningstar Research Services LLC, including equity research analyst (2021-2024), equity research associate (2018-2021) and sales operations associate (2016-2018).
Dawit has a bachelor of business administration in marketing from the University of Cincinnati, a master of business administration from the University of Cincinnati, and a master of science in finance from the University of Cincinnati.
